ILLEGAL for high school cheer teams.

This skill is legal for high school dance teams, but not for high school and younger cheer teams by NFHS rules. The dance rules are less strict and allow participants to move under lifts because dance teams are restricted from performing extended skills, braced flips, etc.  As soon as the top person is lifted off of the ground, this becomes a stunt, and the cheer rules do not allow someone to be under a stunt unless they are involved in the stunt in some way.
