  • Where is my USA Cheer Member Card?
    To access your member card, log into your account at https://usacheer.org/login. If you do not see your member card available, there will be a list of additional requirements that need to be met before receiving your card. You can access these through the direct links provided on the pop-up screen or through “Take a Course” in the Menu.
  • I need to change from the Cheer Coach membership to the Professional Membership or vice versa.
    Step 1: Log in at usacheer.org/login.
    Step 2: Close any popup windows that show additional requirements for your current membership.
    Step 3: You should see a link under “QUICK NAVIGATION” that says “Upgrade/Change … Membership (23/24)”. Click that link.
    Step 4: from the dropdown list (desktop) or button (mobile) that says “Select One”, select the Cheer Coach or Professional option. The page will reload with the new membership information.
    Step 5: Go through and complete the membership information. Most fields should already be filled in with your previous information.
    Step 6: When you come to the last screen that says “Join”, click that button.
    Step 7: That’s it! If you’ve already completed the requirements for the new membership, you should see your new ID card. If you still have requirements, they must be completed before your membership will be current.
  • I need to change my last name
    If you need to update your last name, please email us at info@usacheer.org with your member number from your account and documentation of name change (marriage license, drivers license, etc.).
  • I took my safety course at NFHSLearn.com. How do I upload my certificate for membership?
    The data from the NFHSLearn.com site is uploaded every two weeks to the Coach Search page at https://usacheer.org/coachsearch. You can download your certificate from there or from your NFHSLearn.com account to upload to your USA Cheer account.
  • Why is the safety course an additional cost for Coach Membership?
    Some coaches complete the USA Cheer Safety Course hosted on other sites such as the NFHSLearn.com site. Including the course fee in membership would not be fair to those who have already paid for it elsewhere. The USA Cheer course on our site is discounted for those seeking membership. If you do not wish to purchase the safety course at this time, you can change your membership type to Professional – which does not have the safety course requirement. You will want to log back into your account and select the “Upgrade/Change Membership” on the home screen. From there you can select the appropriate membership type.
