USA Cheer is providing these video rules interpretations in order to provide a better service to state associations, coaches, and rules interpreters. Keep in mind that the final interpretation for any rules question is the individual state association that governs cheer or dance in your state, and/or the event producer who is conducting the competition event you will be attending.
