By taking this pledge I am committed to:
- Being responsible for my safety and the safety of those around me while cheering and dancing.
- Following the rules and regulations set forth by USA Cheer and its partner organizations.
- Following the USA Cheer Safe Sport Code of Conduct.
- Taking training in athlete protection as an athlete, coach, parent and/or responsible adult in cheer.
- Actively helping end abuse by knowing the dangers and warning signs of hazing, bullying, cyberbullying, and sexual misconduct.
- Raising awareness for cheer and dance safety.
