There are two courses available to coaches for the NFHS High School Rules.
The “Cheerleading Rules” training is a 2-part comprehensive training that covers the entire cheerleading portion of the NFHS Spirit Rules Book, including training on how to read and cite the rules book. Each module is be taken separately. In each module, the training video can be watched as many times as possible, but once the exam for that module is started, it must be completed before closing any windows. Answers will not be saved. This training course is ideal for new coaches or those who want to refresh their knowledge of the entire rules book.
The “Cheerleading Rules Changes” training covers only the changes from the previous year for the cheerleading portion of the NFHS Spirit Rules Book. This training course is ideal for veteran coaches with existing knowledge of current rules.
Valid for: 1 season, expiring May 31

Comprehensive Course for New Coaches: 2.5 – 5 hours
Changes Only Course for Veteran Coaches: 45 min – 1.5 hours
